Born 1963 in Landshut; studied History of Art, Archaology and Romanist Studies in München; study periods in Kraków and Wroclaw; 1991 Doctorate.
Active in museum pedagogy and adult education.
Since 1992 on the staff of the Federal Institute for Culture and History of the Germans in Eastern Europe. Lecturer at the Carl von Ossietzky University Oldenburg.
